MVDr. Karin Kang

Within veterinary medicine, MVDr. Karin Kang specialises in cardiology and internal medicine. Cardiology appealed to her above all for its complexity and demands, which is why she chose a field that calls for precise diagnostics and a thorough understanding of how the organism works.

In her practice she most often performs echocardiography, which allows the structure and function of the heart to be assessed in detail in real time.

She regularly extends her expertise through professional workshops and conferences. In 2024 she completed an intensive echocardiography workshop at the Ultraschall Akademie in Vienna. In 2025 she attended an ECG conference in Prague led by cardiologist Roberto Santilli and an echocardiography workshop in Brno focused on the right side of the heart and pulmonary hypertension. She has also trained in gastroenterology and dermatology at the Nova veterinaria conference in Nitra.

What she values most in her work is the chance to help patients with serious diseases and to see them return to a better quality of life.
