Frequently asked questions

Can I visit my animal during hospitalisation?

Yes — visits are possible by arrangement with the attending vet. In some cases (for example infectious disease) they may be temporarily restricted in the patient's interest.

How will I be kept informed?

The attending vet will update you regularly by phone. If the condition changes we contact you immediately. You can also call for an update at any time.

How is supervision provided during hospitalisation?

The hospitalisation ward operates during opening hours, from 08:00 to 20:00. We do not currently provide intensive care (ICU) hospitalisation, so we admit only stable patients.
